If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you may return them within 7 days of delivery. We will either provide a replacement of equal value or issue a refund.
How do I send the product back?
You may return the item to us using a cost-effective courier service or via registered post.
A reverse pickup will be arranged only under the following conditions:
The product was received in a damaged condition.
The product is found to be defective in any manner."
We'll start processing your refund as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouse and we've checked its quality.
Returned products typically reach us within 5–7 working days; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Note :
1.To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with all original labels and tags intact, and returned in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice, within 5 days of delivery. This ensures the product is in good condition and facilitates a smooth return process.
2.If the package appears to be in poor condition, tampered with, or damaged prior to opening, please inform the delivery personnel immediately so that it can be returned on the spot.
3.If you get an incorrect or damaged product, just send us an email at support@ byobindia.in with the details and we'll look into it. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Kindly return the product to our address using the process outlined above. We will arrange either a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
